I have always been drawn to people and relationships, with a deep desire to support others. Listening and caring are at the heart of who I am.

Guided by this passion, I trained extensively in psychotherapy to accompany people navigating emotional or relational difficulties, who wish to move forward in their lives. I chose to specialise in APO therapy (Psycho-Organic Analysis), convinced that we are an inseparable whole — body, emotions and mind — and that it is essential not to remain solely in the realm of thought, but to give our felt experience its rightful place.

My own journey in psychotherapy also informs my practice, having allowed me to experience from the inside the value of a space for listening and transformation.

I spent nearly 15 years working as a team leader and training manager across various organisations. These experiences gave me a close understanding of the different forms of suffering that can arise at work — harassment, stress, physical and mental exhaustion, burnout. I came to know both the realities of day-to-day operations and the particular pressures faced by management teams navigating their own challenges around decision-making.

I have lived in several countries and worked in international settings, which gives me a firsthand understanding of what it means to build a life far from home - and what it can stir up.

TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS

Integrative Therapist specializing in Psycho-Organic Analysis

TRAINING

EFAPO

As a practitioner in APO, I completed a 4-year training program at the French School of Psycho-Organic Analysis, an organization accredited by the European Association for Psychotherapy.

A core requirement of this training is to have undergone a substantial personal psychotherapy — a foundation I consider essential to the work.

I continue to pursue ongoing professional development to deepen and enrich my therapeutic practice.
