What does a therapy session look like ?

Psychotherapy responds to a need for support, a desire for change or simply for a greater sense of well-being - in your relationship with yourself and with others. Each session is first and foremost a time and space for you. Within a caring and confidential setting, we explore what you are going through, at your own pace. Together, we work on your concerns, paying close attention to your thoughts, your emotions, and what you feel in your body. We also work with the unconscious - through dreams, for instance - to welcome what is seeking to be heard.

Being supported by a professional therapist gives you the space to explore your inner world more deeply - to look at yourself with fresh eyes, and to find a path that feels more true to your values and desires.

Each session is unique and tailored to your needs and personality. A psychotherapy session lasts 55 minutes. Regular appointments help support the progress of your therapeutic journey.

What is psycho-organic therapy (APO) ?

Psycho-Organic Analysis is a therapeutic approach that combines psychoanalytic work and bodily experience. It considers the whole person — thoughts, emotions and physical sensations — as an inseparable whole.

I am drawn to this approach because I believe we are fundamentally a mind-heart-body unity. The body often expresses what has not yet found words — as is frequently the case in situations of intense stress or burnout.

In a world that so often demands a relentless pace and constant mental output, Psycho-Organic Therapy offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find a more balanced relationship with all that you feel and carry.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, separation, conflict, high sensitivity and life transitions.

Understanding APO therapy through Alex's story

"Beginning therapy is an act of courage."

It's acknowledging that we don't have to face life's difficulties alone. It's also about taking care of ourselves to move towards greater well-being.
